Larry Vee of Philadelphia was judged "Most Incredible" at the Ground Hog Jugglers Festival sponsored by the Atlanta Jugglers Association. Competition was held last Saturday at the Civic Center .  Vee simultaneously juggled a basketball, a club, and two tennis balls while spinning six hula hoops around his waist and knees.
